Directed by Clayton Cogswell
I enjoyed the goofiness of this one, but I really couldn’t call it a good movie. The laughs are more like light chuckles at best…
There were a few attempts at character/plot, but they fell flat and felt out of place. I mean, it goes into a huge gore and blood fest, silly jokes flying everywhere; who cares about the dude and his pencil? Also, is the exploding into a blood shower after dead thing so funny that it must be in most of these movies?
The actors had great chemistry, and the gore is fun enough as it gets going… Just an OK movie to watch if you have time, but as soon as the credit rolls, the film will roll right out of your mind…
*** Three out of Five Stars (Average)
